In this period, balancing acts took on every form humanly imaginable. In this exiting scene these performers are balancing on bicycles while seemingly balancing on top pf each other. Certainly a poster full of fun. It is difficult, as you can see, to tell where one bike ends and the next begins. The vintage bicycle poster features the world renowned Kaufman Troupe. They were the internationally known group of trick cyclists. Now can you see why this would be such an effective poster for its time? It would be like have a superstar or celebrity in an ad holding your product. The tricks being shown, along with the overall balancing act of the clan is quite impressive, indeed.
Wow, the Kaufman Troupe seems very crazy. If I tried that I'd probably be the one laying on the ground underneath all the bikes instead of an top of it! This really is very impressive. I'm sure it would have been even more impressive to see it done in person. This poster must have been truly effective in advertising a certain brand of bicycles.
